Walking past and noticed the new opening of local Fish and Chips shop within the Allerton shopping square. Thought I'd try it out as its Halal and the opening offer was tempting £4.95 for a portion of fish and chips. Got to say was not disappointed, good quality fish, and chips weren't too bad. Portion size was good, just hope management do not change this once the offer has finished. That would be a shame, unfortunately a lot of businesses start off well then the quality and quantity drops off as they're trying to cut back. So hope the owners take this on board. One bit of advice, lady behind the till needs to be little more happy to see customers even as it was during a quiet period. Fryer chap was trying his best despite being at the back. All the best and start as you mean to go on.

The food here is always excellent! The young lady who serves is consistently respectful, friendly, and smiling. I’ve witnessed a few difficult customers during my visits, but she always handles them firmly and professionally. Great service and great food — highly recommended!

Really nice fish n chips. Cooked in beef dripping and the flavour is definitely better. Fish was on thinner side that I like but tasty crispy batter. Chips were nice. Recommended.

Purchased some fish and chips from Harrys today since its become Halal. Absolutely fantastic, was super fresh, lovely crispy crunchy batter good quality fish and nice chips. Very tastey personally i found it better than Mother Hubbards.

Visiting a family member in allerton he suggested fish and chips on a Sunday afternoon I thought why not. I was delighted by the old school smell of fish and chips the crispy batter complemented the fish the crispy fluffy chips were cooked to perfection ate soo quick forgot to take a picture. If you live in allerton and want fish and chips this is the place!!

Yried Harry's for the first time yesterday and wss very impressed. Beautiful freshly cooked white flaky haddock in lovely crisp batter. Good chips, generous portion with friendly service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
